Its the start of a new semester at school, and I'm still so busy I haven't had time to do anymore deviations! I'm working on so many projects at the moment, a text animation in After Affects, compositing and impossible location also in After Affects, working on a short documentary and narrative for screen, and creating a holographic solar system in Maya for 3D.

I've also joined a life drawing club! We've been doing a few session in drawing class at school with nude models. I really don't like drawing, only reason being is because I'm so bad at it! But, I thought joining the life drawing club and going to the sessions on Monday night would help in getting me in the right frame of mind and also help my drawing skills. So, I'm hoping in the coming weeks I'll be able to submit some of my sketches here. I can already tell I have improved from the few sessions I've done in class, but I still have a long way to go.

Its just so hard getting over worrying about how it looks, I just hate my drawings it really gets me down. I think our teacher is giving us all visual diary's this week, so we're going to have to take them home and fill them up with drawings in our spare time. OMG!! How am I going to find the time to draw when I already spend nearly 12 hours a day in front of the computer, my kids are missing me, and I feel like I barely see my partner anymore since he's on the other computer in the kitchen when I'm on mine. Sigh...the things we do to achieve our dreams!

Still, I'm already looking at places I can approach to get an internship with or apply for jobs. I can't wait til I finish this course, and I still have another two years to go after this!
